One of my greatest heroes and mentors, SARK, has had an inspiration phone line for over 25 years. I remember calling it back in 1993 when it started, when she described the Miracle Branch from a tree that was growing into her Magic Cottage. I believe we all should have our own inspiration lines, places that people can call and listen to stories, hear poetry, be with their feelings, and not feel alone. This is our gift out to both our community and the world. May we all meet in quiet dreams together in our Cosmic Landing Pages of the stories of our lives!
Call any time to hear the outgoing message – we will try to change it weekly!
You may also leave us a brief message if you like!
Learning more about cymatic patterning has led me to feel physically and emotionally different than I did last week. Simply being more aware of natural patterns, which are created by frequencies, vibrations, other things unseen. This article isn’t any kind of scientific explanation of anything, I just launch into experimenting and see what happens.
I’ve been meditating on possibilities and questions such as:
“What sort of pattern does the feeling of love cause my cells to settle into?”
I meditate on filling myself and everything around me with Love, which always travels with it’s devoted sidekicks, Gratitude and Appreciation.
“What if we just let ourselves fall apart instead of years, decades, or a lifetime resisting that very thing, pretending to be strong with all the ways it shows up, useful or destructive? Wouldn’t the chaos in our bodies and souls naturally reorganize into pleasing, healthy patterns once we release all the fears behind our resistance to just being vulnerable?”
I already know the answer is yes, only because I have fallen apart.
The new information is the visual science behind cymatics. For me, it’s a new level of understanding rather than simply knowing through experience.
What we don’t realize is that if we just give ourselves permission to fall apart — or even if I can be a space for someone else to fall apart and it doesn’t freak me out — the actual chaos can be very short-lived because automatically, the laws of the universe will start jiggling us back to a state of health and calm.
By ‘chaos’ I mean:
– body tremors, etc.
As your whole being releases whatever it is you are most afraid to let come to the surface. Once it’s acknowledged, accepted, and LOVED it can start reorganizing into something more structurally sound.
( Caveat: this process has to be engaged with a sincere desire to feel and be responsible for your own feelings, not a new drama for gaining sympathy or to get rescued. )
The Love part is the key ingredient. Love the feelings for what they show you. Love the relief that comes from releasing all of it. Love that you were brave enough to look at it. Or Love it all for the person who is falling apart in front of you. Then Love whatever feelings come up in yourself in response to their dismantling. Maybe fall apart right alongside them if needed. Allow God’s Love to enter both of you if you feel that connection.
If you truly surrender to this process, it will settle out and you will be functioning again before you know it. Down the road, a new level of falling apart will likely be needed. It will happen in manageable intervals, and you will change each time. Each time will feel easier and more familiar. Believe it or not, it will eventually feel welcomed because you’ll know you need to just fall apart for a while and allow your nervous system and cells to recalibrate.
You and the thoughts that got you to any breaking point just have to get out of the way so God or natural forces can take care of it. If you don’t feel God as a reality, just let the natural functioning of the Universe take over.
Go ahead, fall apart.
You can certainly do it on you own but if you’d like a loving space to try it out, take a look here: cosmiclanding.com
Love and blessings,
And right after I wrote this article, I found a video by Kyle Cease in which he speaks of the same topic in a different way. A Space for Trauma
Today, Rita and I were joined by Sharon Bechtold in our regular “Kylego” meeting. This was our 24th online meeting over Zoom, which has been responsible for the creation of the concept of Cosmic Landing Pages, Rita’s Soul Circles, and so many other ideas and breakthroughs.
Sharon is a natural at the Kylego process, and she even helped us be light and fun by somehow shifting the undertone to that of Cows. Yes, Cows!
Sharon’s “Moo-Lego” helped us to focus on possibilities of some deep collaboration where our gifts all overlap. Scott talks about an idea in 2020 about creating an “I Quit” Subscription Box. Finally, Rita speaks more directly to the idea of the “I Quit Culture” of stepping out and creating our own paths.
We left this Moo-Lego session just activated and inspired, and we thought we’d share the process with you! We’ll now be delegating our time-keeping to a Cow! Enjoy!
As Rita and I continue our journey of “kylego” – an exercise of mapping our future as if it has already happened, as always, big gems of wisdom come out of these exercises. We’ve been doing them for almost 25 weeks now, so we’re starting to understand the power that the exercise holds.
In this video, you’ll learn about many of the aspects of the upcoming Cosmic Landing Community that we wish to form. As well, the new business and coaching model of simply having a conversation and then a business can be formed, with how I’ll be creating these “Cosmic Landing Pages” for those who wish to have them created.
As I write this, I’m at the final stretch of my road trip I’ve been on since May 4th. I’m currently in Colorado, actually visiting Rita for the first time. Tomorrow I head back to the Midwest, stopping in Kansas, then to my parents’ place in Northern Missiouri.
Being on the road has stretched me and taught me quite a bit so far! I felt a bit of anxiety at times, feeling “far from home” and far from what I know. Mostly, the result I’ve found of this trip is that I really want to start “showing up more” with regard to a few things in my life in particular.
1. My Health and Fitness
I think I stayed at a “satisfied” point for too long. Thinking to myself, “You’ve lost 70 pounds, so who are you to want MORE at this point in life?” What a horrible voice in my head that I need to just squash. I think being on the road has taught me that my greatest asset is my health. The stronger and healthier I am, at any stage of my life, the better I can be. Plus I want to be more inspiring to other men in my age group who are needing to make a health change.
2. Finances and Income
Again, last year, I made the most I’ve ever made in my business ever, but I’ve felt stagnant since then. I think it’s still part of that “old voice” that tells me I’m unworthy of wanting more. The truth is, and I know this, that as my own boss, my income is completely dependent on ME. I set my rates. I choose my business offerings. I choose innovation or stagnation. I’m wanting an upgrade now, because I think after 10 years of working for myself, I want more of it, and it’s time to give myself total permission for the Universe to reward me if it so chooses.
3. Friends and Relationships
I so wish I could take everyone I’ve met along this trip home with me. I’m finding that I completely enjoy the interaction with friends over my phone, facebook, etc. while on this solo journey. I need to surround myself more with wonderful people and not seclude myself. Maybe I’m ready for a relationship again.. or maybe just dating… who knows. But I’m looking for more.
All in all, I’m a little homesick too. I’m looking for more. To be more, and to be better in a very authentic way. I’ve found that I’m a total Midwesterner, and I love that. I guess this is what Cosmic Journeys are for – to stretch you out, where you can find yourself once again!
On a hike in the Southern San Juan Mountains a circle called to me. It wanted to be made on the topic of courage. I was on a steep slope, making my own switchbacks so as not to slip and fall. I was moving slowly downward after the accomplishment of having hiked up that same slope with a reward of lunch and a beautiful view.
Back home, making the circle, it was drawn as the lower right image. That’s what started as “right side up.” As I meditated with this soul circle, I felt the urge to turn it on it’s head (upper left). That’s when it’s message became clear.
Courage requires us to view a problem from every angle.
The way I had drawn it, it felt like that speeding snail-eye would be traveling a half-circle in an endless, hamster wheel loop. The momentum would carry it forward again and again, just to arrive back at the same place.
When I flipped it over, what had seemed like confinement, now felt more like a porous, yet protective shell, bubble, space which would roll along with the snail, providing traction. Like an nonthreatening tank, slow and steady, going where others might not be able to. Or one of those human hamster balls that allows us to walk on water.
Courage often requires us to look at situations from different angles in order to take the next step. Like the four options above, a couple of those feel precarious, unwise. Yes, the best option may be uphill but once you get to a certain elevation, the path will level out and pick up speed, (lower left).
We don’t have to tackle problems in the way they first appear, in fact, if we do that, those problems will likely persist. We can ‘circle’ each difficulty until we see a useful perspective, the exact expansion of awareness which that problem came to show us. When we reach the top of the ridge, where the uphill problem is behind us, we get to use natural laws to move us forward from there with very little effort.
In my experience there is an added bonus: I can feel grateful for the problem, privileged that it chose me. And, to take it a step further, I can give the problem a gift — the opportunity to fulfill its purpose, its reason for existing.
Who doesn’t want that?
Scott is an expert at saying just the right combination of words to turn a problem on its head.

This Soul Circle may be for all of us but if you are in a place that requires courage, you might want to have this one (or one made especially for you) go to work on your specific issue. Contact me here.
Admittedly..I’m not good at delegation, even though I tell everyone else that they need to delegate tasks. Though I do have on my calendar, a note in July (which is fast approaching), to find a virtual assistant and start delegating tasks to him or her.
From the team of folks I have listed out for myself, most of these people are collaborators, influencers, and inspirers. I have yet to find a really AWESOME virtual assistant who can be likened to a “mini-me” who can task manage everything.
But I did hire a dog walker recently! And this.. has made a big difference in my productivity. And while I do work primarily from home, I often times LOVE to sit with my bagel sandwich and coffee at a local bagel shop to do my writing and creating. It’s my “office hours” as I call it. I’m able to stay longer at my “office” to do my creating, while my great dog-walker, Zene does his magic with my doggie Junebug.
And I know that Zene is completely in his element as he has quite the life. He’s a college student majoring in studio art, and he takes care of dogs. This is his zone. I love my doggie immensely, but I do believe that having another person come in to care for her is also helping her socialization with people once again. So it’s a Win-Win-Win. Zene gets paid to do what he loves. I get more time to create away from home. Junebug gets a walk with another cool dog person 4 days out of the week!
I often wonder if there are ways too, that we can delegate certain feelings or energies. If I could delegate my worries to the trees I encounter on a trail, could they transform them into comfort? Could I delegate parts of my design process to my dream space, so that my subconscious mind can work magic during naps? Could I also delegate my insecurities by giving my “inner critics” horrendous jobs to do to keep them busy and at bay? Could my “inner-Wise Elf” travel and meet with someone else’s Inner Wise Self to work out a conflict?
This is one thing that fascinates me with regard to this “delegation business” – we tend to always delegate our tasks and to do list items. But can we delegate our feelings and attachments to these things as well? Can my worker gnomes flood the space to protect me when I feel verbally attacked? Can a Cosmic Rubbish Bin Circle transform negativity for us? Can one landing page accomplish everything we need in a business, allowing for more business AND quiet?
I think that really, we could delegate almost anything, aside from a few things:
Dreaming (though perhaps one could dream for another)
I give this drawing the designation of being #1 because I feel like it is here to teach me a lot of things I don’t yet understand and it will require subsequent circle drawings to teach me.
However, I first drew this circle (below) in April on the topic of Money Flow…
Money Flow 4/2/18
But, a few days ago, I burned it.
It seemed to represent a system of money flow that is incorrect. A covert exchange disguised outwardly as generosity (or capitalism?). I was planning to do a drawing today which would show me what a loving currency looks like. Not by happenstance I saw this video from Justin Dickerson explaining the history of our monetary system and where he sees it going: into peaceful dismantling. To me, it is a hopeful scenario.
Meditating with the current circle, it told me that only the “hole” (the small, dark areas outlined with white) is relevant, the rest is distraction. Future drawings will illustrate what the other side of that hole looks like and only people who can see in the dark will be able to make their way and function within the new monetary system.
Do what you will with that information. I’d be interested to know others’ interpretation of that message.
See more Soul Circles for meditation here and have one made to teach you on your own topics of interest or concern.
What if we get to make up the rules of how our world works?
What if our individual rules are made for us already, based on the qualities of each one of our unique souls? My rules are different from yours, and yours from mine.
What if, outside of Universal Truths, my world works differently from yours simply because I’m me, made to do the things I am made for and you are made to do something entirely different? And in a vastly different way, at a pace designed especially for you.
These possibilities could eliminate judgment, frustration, trying to get things right, pushing any boulders up hills, or failing. I can simply step into the flow and allow the God’s Laws to direct me where the greatest excitement is to uncover and express all the qualities gifted to my perfectly design soul. Or yours.
Recently, Scott said to me, “You’d be surprised at what the circles can handle.” So I made a Soul Circle for myself where I toss all nonproductive thoughts and feelings into it like a cosmic rubbish bin. It spins and flings them out into a black hole, where they will be dismantled and sold for parts. This circle has it’s purpose and is happy to fulfill it.
Cosmic Rubbish Bin
You can borrow this new way of how things work. Go ahead and use this “cosmic rubbish bin” if it works for you, too. Toss in all the unnecessary, destructive, limiting thoughts and ideas that keep you from living in your gifts.
The word “team” for me is quite a loaded one. After working in the technology and customer support arenas for so long, to me, that word “team” gets thrown around so much – to a point of it being nauseating. And for the most part, in my opinion, really good “work teams” in the corporate 9-5 world are very rare. Hence, I have done solo work for the better part of the last 10 years.
But today I was charged with taking stock of who might be on my “team” – of influencers, believing mirrors, inspireres, collaborators, etc. Who do you draw energy from most out of your friends and contacts? We were told to just write down those people.. regardless of the “how” you might connect or collaborate in the future.
My list not only included some of my own clients, but a number of people outside the periphery of things – those I speak to on social media, influencers I follow who’ve gotten to know me through my chats and comments, people who share my struggles. Of course, for me too, there is Rita Roberts who is coming along with me and collaborating (or maybe I’m coming along with her). But there is definitely a concept of “inner and outer circles” of influence. Some “team members” provide different roles, different inspiration, or different inputs. Some simply show up and give ideas or suggestions, and others are critical eyes.
The good thing is – I don’t have to KNOW how they will all play a part in this “shift” with me. I can let these roles morph and evolve while still being a solopreneur. Much to ponder today about “team”.
